Brenda Sugrue is the global chief learning officer for EY, a global professional services firm with more than 230,000 employees. She provides strategic direction and operational leadership of learning globally. In previous roles, Sugrue led learning, innovation and research programs at IBM, ITT Corp., Kaplan, the Association of Talent Development and UCLA. She was also a professor of instructional design and technology at the University of Iowa.
