Help Your Employees Get the Credit They Deserve
Your employees might find it difficult finding time to bring their knowledge and skills up to date with a busy life from their careers, family and other obligations. Those busy times give adults work and life experience that can become valuable knowledge they can bring to the classroom. Hear how your employees can use life experiences and benefit from the Prior Learning Assessment tool. The PLA process can grant your employees college credit for demonstrating what they already know, and students who earn PLA credits are 2 ½ times more likely to earn their degrees.
During this workshop, attendees will discuss:
What is Prior Learning Assessment and why it’s right for your workforce.
How employees can gain college credit for their valuable life experiences.
How Prior Learning Assessment may benefit your organization as a whole.
