Practical Insights From an Evolving E-learning Environment
In a highly regulated industry, e-learning is the default solution for delivering global training. But balancing regulatory obligations against learner fatigue is a difficult challenge. As budgets continue to decrease, the problem continues to grow. In this workshop, Peter Fox, global head of the Online Academy for Credit Suisse, will share his journey leading the organization’s technology-based learning strategy for more than 46,000 dispersed employees.
During this session, attendees will learn:
How a global bank with 30-plus years of e-learning experience is adjusting its approach and environment to manage learner impact while fulfilling regulatory requirements.
Targeted distribution and governance models for managing high-volume learning needs.
Campaign-based approaches to motivate learners.
After graduating in New Media and Education, Peter Fox started his career with an Australian e-learning design agency. Fox then relocated to London to work as a project manager for a leading European digital learning and communication company. He joined Credit Suisse in 2010, where he now leads the global Online Academy, based out of Zürich, Switzerland. In this leadership role, he is responsible for all technology-based learning initiatives and his global team of experts partner with external vendors to ensure training for 46,000-plus employees of Credit Suisse.
