Byron Johnson has worked in talent and learning for 17 years with experience in global learning strategy, workforce transformation, change leadership, performance strategies, organizational development and others.
Currently, Johnson owns PepsiCo’s Functional Colleges for PepsiCo University in which he drives the functional learning agenda that aligns with the organization’s global capability plan. In addition, Johnson manages PepsiCo’s sector talent and learning relationships ensuring two-way communication of opportunities and best practices between the University and its sectors.
Prior to PepsiCo, Johnson worked for Accenture in the human performance organization where he led large-scale projects to deliver blended learning solutions, strategic planning, workforce analytics and business readiness. He has presented at industry conferences on exciting HR topics and published a book chapter on learning as a critical component of organization development.
