Senior Vice President, Talent Management
Courtney Abraham serves as senior vice president of talent management at the Adecco Group. In her role, Abraham is charged with developing and executing a holistic talent management strategy to support the specialty and general staffing business units included in the Adecco family. Her scope includes best practice implementation of onboarding, performance management, training, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, career experiences, talent analytics, diversity and inclusion and succession planning.
Abraham lives in Jacksonville, Florida, with her husband and adopted daughter. She is the proud bonus mom to three additional grown children and is an avid fitness enthusiast, foodie and wine aficionado.
She holds a bachelor’s from Bowling Green State University and a master’s in integrated professional studies: organizational development from DePaul University.
