Director, Talent Development
As a director of talent development, Danielle O’Hare drives strategy and planning for employees across ILM’s global studios in San Francisco, London, Vancouver and Singapore. O’Hare focuses her work on all aspects of the talent pipeline including university internships, artistic and technical training, and professional development programming for senior staff. She partners with teams across the globe as well as with counterparts at The Walt Disney Company.
O’Hare joined Lucasfilm’s Industrial Light & Magic in 2001 in the technical training department.
O’Hare is from Berkeley, California. She received a bachelor of arts from Macalester College. She currently resides in San Francisco with her husband and two children.
