Vice President, Learning & Development
Jennifer Underwood is vice president of learning and development for PVH Corp., one of the world’s largest global apparel companies, with a diversified portfolio of iconic lifestyle brands, led by Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. Underwood’s areas of expertise include leadership and executive assessment and development, executive coaching and organization effectiveness.
Underwood has worked and consulted in the financial, pharmaceutical, medical, banking, aviation, health, food and retail apparel industries. She has 25 years of experience in designing and leading organizational developmental programs and working with senior leaders to align and strengthen their leadership skills and talent strategies. Prior to PVH, Underwood was a senior consultant at DDI and director of organization development at Instinet Corp. in New York City.
Underwood is certified in the Hogan and Birkman assessments and holds a master’s in organization development from the University of Hartford.
