My mission is to promote and cultivate our vision of creating the most innovative and enviable learning environment for current and future MasterCard employees. This all happens by inspiring my award-winning team in producing unique and unexpected enterprisewide learning experiences. I am also responsible for providing a global learning strategy, which includes managing the operations, technologies and strategic partnerships that help facilitate our consumer‐driven approach to learning.
Before joining the Global Talent Development team, I was the marketing lead in worldwide marketing for MasterCard’s global affluent product launches where I developed best‐in‐class sales enablement tools for global, regional and local level customer segments.
Prior to joining MasterCard, I acquired extensive experience in leading and managing varied aspects of creative, multimedia and technical teams of high‐profile, global strategic initiatives at Fortune 500 financial firms and major media networks.
Above all, I still believe my most powerful life lessons and skills development were honed during my years as an entrepreneur in the hospitality industry.
Taking an approach borrowed from innovative design thinking methodology, MasterCard turned compulsory compliance training driven by completion rates into a creative immersive experience that reached internal employees where they’re at and engaged them in learning that drove business results.
