Senior Vice President, Talent Management
Shannon Sisler is the Senior Vice President of Talent Management at Western Union. She is responsible for global talent acquisition, talent management and organization effectiveness/workforce strategy. Previously, Shannon was the Vice President of Talent and Diversity at DaVita and was responsible for leading efforts to optimally select, assess, develop and retain teammates. Additionally, she led corporate social responsibility and diversity initiatives. Prior to DaVita, Shannon was the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources at Janus Capital Group and started her career at Accenture.
She has earned her MBA from the University of Denver (DU) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Finance, from the University of Colorado (CU) at Boulder. She currently is a member of the Board of Directors for The Girl Scouts of Colorado and the Advisory Board for the University of Colorado South Denver. Shannon is married and is the mother of three fun and active children ages 4, 7 and 16.
