Rebecca Sinclair

Rebecca Sinclair is the president of Perspective Management Group, which provides strategic and management consulting services specializing in leadership, organization transformation and sustainability.

Sinclair has been with Southeastern Grocers since June 2014. For two years, as the chief human resources officer, she transformed HR and led a team to attract, motivate and retain a diverse population of employees through innovative and creative initiatives. She continues at SEG as a consultant for HR strategic initiatives to further develop human resources operations.

She joined SEG with a proven track record at some of the world’s most admired brands in the retail, consumer products, hospitality and service industries. Her career history exemplifies profound results in growth oriented, stable and challenged business environments in both the public and private sectors.

Prior to SEG, Sinclair was the CHRO at Hooters LLC for more than two years. In addition, Sinclair served as executive vice president of HR at Clear Channel Media, vice president of HR at Starbucks, and director of HR at Victoria’s Secret.

She was recognized as a 2016 Most Powerful & Influential Women Award Recipient.

Sinclair received her master’s in business administration in international business from the University of Texas at Arlington and her bachelor’s in interpersonal and rhetorical communications from Iowa State University. She also holds a graduate certificate in Asian business studies from Shanghai Tongji University.
